HARTING Inc. of North America is seeking a Key Account Manager – Semiconductor to plan and execute business development activities for designated national and key accounts, with a remote work option and based in Austin, Texas.

You will drive strategic engagement across energy, OEMs, and distribution partners, aligning solutions with customer needs and corporate goals. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, coordinating with Market Development and Product Management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 5+ years in technical solutions selling or related field.
• CRM experience; SAP preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business development activities for national and key accounts.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with OEMs, distributors and major suppliers.
• Coordinate with Market Development Management and Product Management to align product offerings and opportunities.
• Design in HARTING products within customer equipment and automation lines.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and forecasts; contribute to annual planning.
• Represent HARTING at trade shows and industry events.
