• Understanding of electrical installations.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage projects with subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer.
• Prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Suggest solutions to design document problems.
• Monitor field/work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Assist with submittal process.
• Assist in tracking and completion of billing.
