Job summary

Accord BioPharma is seeking a Key Account Manager, Oncology for a remote field-based role in the Southeast region. You will drive adoption, access, and growth of the oncology portfolio, engaging physicians, pharmacists, and hospital leaders.

Collaborate with KADs, Regional Sales Directors, and cross-functional teams to execute territory strategy and support formulary access. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in pharma sales, oncology expertise, and buy-and-bill experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA, PharmD, MPH, MPA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 3 years in hospital and large oncology practice environments.
• Oncology experience required.
• Medical benefit / buy-and-bill experience required.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve oncology sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Prioritize accounts within a large geographic territory to maximize engagement.
• Support formulary and access initiatives and provide value-based information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement territory strategy.
