Job summary

Fireye, LLC is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead outside sales and customer relationship management in the Texas region and surrounding areas. The role is remote with up to 50% travel, focusing on developing long-term client relationships and driving new business within HVAC and commercial combustion control markets.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of sales experience, proven remote account management, and experience in HVAC or burner boiler markets.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
Prior experience in HVAC, Burner Boiler markets, or commercial combustion control solutions is required.
Strong ability to manage accounts remotely and demonstrate results in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for key prospects and customers, fostering professional relationships and understanding their needs.
Suggest products and services to meet customer requirements and address concerns, aligning solutions with Fireye’s offerings.
Lead business development efforts for prospects within defined customer segments, supporting growth strategy.
Identify bid opportunities, prepare and submit bid responses, negotiate with potential customers, and build lasting relationships to secure projects.
Represent Fireye in key meetings with target accounts to influence project opportunities.
