Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Account Manager to maintain and grow regional Americas medical accounts, focusing on delivering sales, pricing and profitability targets. You will develop key relationships at design centers to drive spec-in business and analyze market trends to plan growth.

The role requires excellent communication, presentation skills, and 30–40% travel within California. A remote position is possible for candidates located in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields preferred include business, engineering or chemical-related.
• 5+ years industrial account management experience, preferably in medical device/equipment space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation ability for customer groups.
• Organizational and time-management skills; 30–40% travel; remote in California.
• Knowledge of adhesive technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales with AMI Regional Americas accounts, focusing on medical accounts.
• Deliver sales, pricing, profitability, closed business and sustainability targets.
• Develop relationships at design centers to drive spec-in business.
• Analyze market and customer trends to shape growth strategies.
• Coordinate with extended sales team and support functions.
• Arrange technical training and support with key account personnel.
