Job summary

Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive strategic relationships in the U.S. food safety market. This remote, full-time role focuses on expanding key accounts, developing business plans, and delivering value through Hygiena solutions.

You will manage complex customer relationships, collaborate across functions, and build a robust sales pipeline while meeting quotas. Travel up to 75% is expected, with opportunities for growth as Hygiena expands globally and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in Food Safety with strategic/key account exposure.
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage highly complex internal and external customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute national marketing campaigns to accelerate sales for key accounts.
Build relationships across multiple functions within Key Accounts (Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Operations, Food Safety).
Partner with customers to deliver Hygiena value-adding business solutions and manage a sales pipeline.
Lead the selling cycle for selected accounts and adjust plans to maximize sales effectiveness.
Create Key Account business plans focused on long- and short-term growth and monitor quotas.
