Job summary

Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and revenue objectives for regulatory modules and traceability capabilities. The role focuses on translating global mandates into prioritized requirements and coordinating with engineering in a remote U.S. team.

You will drive data models, CTES, KDEs, and API/SFTP data exchanges, while serving as the subject matter expert on food safety workflows and post-launch performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; related field.
• 3–5 years in product management or regulatory roles.
• Experience using AI tools for research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025 and related frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory text into software specs and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and revenue objectives.
• Translate regulatory mandates (FSMA, HACCP, GFSI, EU Food Law) into product requirements.
• Define data models and interoperability (CTEs, KDEs, batch genealogy).
• Serve as SME for food safety workflows and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Engineering in Azure DevOps for backlog and release planning.
• Monitor regulatory landscape, post-launch metrics, and audits.
• Provide senior leadership across portfolio and support sales/marketing.
