Job summary

Signify is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager - Entertainment Lighting (Rentals), a home-based role ideally near Las Vegas, NV or Los Angeles, CA. You will manage assigned key accounts across installers, contractors, specifiers and project partners to drive sales, growth and profitability in the US market.

You will build multi-level relationships, guide projects from design through delivery, coordinate tender submissions, and promote connected, sustainable lighting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in key account management or sales within lighting or related project ecosystem.
• Certifications in sales or project management are preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts (installers, general contractors, specifiers, project partners, end users) across the customer ecosystem, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Build and nurture multi-level relationships to influence product selection and secure specifications; deliver revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Coordinate complex interactions with partners, alliances, and specifiers across all project phases.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities from design through execution and delivery.
• Resolve project challenges to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and budget adherence.
• Promote connected, digital, and sustainable lighting solutions addressing customer needs for efficiency and performance.
• Lead end-to-end tender process for strategic projects, including internal coordination and competitive submissions.
