Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to support Rare Blood Disorders across priority provider accounts in a remote US role. You will develop account plans, build trusted relationships, and coordinate with Sanofi teams to support access, education, and adoption of AYVAKIT and WAYRILZ in a complex specialty market.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in pharma or life sciences with strong account planning, leadership, and market access experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in pharma/biotech or related customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in rare blood disorders, hematology/oncology, or related specialty market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with priority provider accounts.
• Develop account plans based on priorities, patient pathways, market dynamics, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute approved initiatives and educational programs.
• Identify access, operational, and engagement barriers and address them with resources.
• Use insights to refine strategies and support adoption of Sanofi therapies.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, medical, access, and operations teams.
• Represent Sanofi in meetings and manage budgets and activities.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and guidance.
