• 7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or related life science roles in a customer-facing capacity.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with priority provider accounts to support portfolio growth.
• Develop account plans based on customer priorities, patient pathways, market dynamics, and business opportunities.
• Partner with leaders and internal teams to execute approved account initiatives and educational programs.
• Identify access, operational, and engagement barriers and coordinate resources to address them.
• Use insights to refine account strategies and support adoption of Sanofi therapies.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, medical, access, and operations to align strategy and execution.
• Represent Sanofi in account meetings and manage budgets and follow-through.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
