Placements24 is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join a growing remote team, focusing on the Western Cape region for FMCG clients. You will manage and grow relationships with top accounts, ensuring targets are met while leveraging digital tools to connect with clients from anywhere in South Africa.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of KAM experience, strong virtual communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the FMCG industry.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive sales growth and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct regular virtual meetings with clients to present products, promotions, and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team.
