Job summary

Westchester Education is expanding our freelance team of STEM writers and editors. We are seeking subject matter experts to produce curriculum-aligned content for our global publishing partners on a project basis.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge in K-12 STEM, experience editing educational materials, and the ability to work with PDFs, Word, and other digital tools. Remote opportunities from anywhere are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in K-12 STEM subject
• Experience reviewing, editing, or developing educational materials
• A deep understanding of curriculum standards and learning outcomes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in working with PDFs, Word, and other digital editing tools
• Teaching or classroom experience (a bonus!)

Responsibilities

• Maintain curriculum-aligned content for global publishing partners.
