Job summary

MGT is seeking a K-5 Character Education Curriculum Writer to develop engaging, standards-aligned lessons and assessments for grades K-5. This remote, US-based role focuses on social-emotional learning, ethics, and active citizenship, partnering with subject matter experts to produce high-quality student materials.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in education or related field, demonstrates clear writing, attention to detail, and comfort with AI tools; experience with K-12 education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or related field required.
• Excellent writing skills with experience in educational writing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Strong understanding of the US K-12 education system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt K‑5 Character Education curriculum and instructional materials (units, lesson plans, assessments, student materials).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers.
• Incorporate evidence-based best practices in Character Education instruction.
• Revise materials based on client feedback.
• Support development of professional learning materials for teachers.
