JoVE in the United States is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build the K-12 demand engine. You will generate marketing qualified leads, convert them to sales qualified opportunities, and deliver sourced pipeline to support growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in a marketing role (ideally EdTech), and hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools. Travel to conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a marketing role, ideally EdTech selling to schools or districts.
• Experience in US K-12 market with track record of generating leads and pipeline.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and analytics tools.
• Event/conference marketing experience with lead capture and conversion.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and events.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify leads for the K-12 segment and hand off to sales.
• Drive awareness and engagement among teachers, curriculum leads and district admins.
• Plan and run education conferences and events with booth logistics and lead capture.
• Produce marketing materials: assets, email, web and social content.
• Optimize strategy based on funnel performance and market feedback.
• Monitor ROI: cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL, pipeline contribution.
