Job summary

FMX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to lead growth in the K-12 segment across the Pacific Northwest and broader West Coast (excluding California). Remote-first role covering the US West Coast, with travel to multiple states as required.

You will drive pipeline, demonstrate FMX solutions to district admins, and close deals alongside a sales team while using CRM and engagement tools. You will build relationships with district leaders, navigate multi-stakeholder buying journeys, and work

Qualifications

• Experience in closing or selling roles, including K-12 district context preferred.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (superintendents, boards, facilities directors, CTOs).
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Seller).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a K-12 territory (Public School Districts, Charter Networks, K-12 schools).
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.
• Build relationships with district customers and diagnose operational/challenges FMX can solve.
