Job summary

Allwyn Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal Writer (US Federal) for a remote, fulltime position on EST shift. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of proposal writing experience and strong writing and research abilities.

You will draft responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, collaborate with SMEs, maintain templates and boilerplate content, and ensure proposals are clear, compliant, and persuasive while managing multiple deadlines and edits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing (US Federal).
• Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle, including compliance and formatting guidelines.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise content.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with government contracting and proposal management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather proposal content.
• Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices documentation.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness in proposal content.
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
