The position emphasizes past performance and resume writing with guidance from senior colleagues. The junior role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Experience responding to government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs).
• Ability to write compliant proposal sections for Federal/DoD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates compliant and compelling proposal content by analyzing solicitation requirements.
• Supports and leads past performance and resume creation with coaching.
• Develops content using storyboard and best practices.
• Delivers artifacts on schedule.
• Collaborates to integrate win themes into sections.
• Ensures data accuracy and alignment with proposal strategy.
• Serves as a past performance or resume writer for multiple contracts.
