GovCIO is seeking an entry-level proposal writer/analyst to join our remote team across the United States. You will create compliant proposal content, help develop past performance and resumes, and work with the team to incorporate win themes.

This junior role offers growth in government IT proposals and requires strong writing and collaboration skills. Responsibilities include delivering artifacts on schedule, crafting non-technical sections, and aligning sections with overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience responding to Government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs) for federal or DoD/IC.
• Ability to write compliant and compelling proposal sections for IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Creates compliant and compelling proposal content by analyzing solicitation requirements and coordinating with the team.
• Uses critical thinking to develop content using best practices such as storyboarding.
• Delivers required artifacts according to the schedule.
• Collaborates with proposal team members to integrate win themes and strengths.
• Ensures data accuracy and alignment with the overall proposal strategy.
• Serves as past performance or resume writer covering multiple contracts or candidates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
