Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects, mainly in data center markets, with responsibilities across estimating, scheduling, and coordination. Responsibilities

Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
Maintain project documentation.
Track project expenses and prepare reports.
Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
Attend project coordination meetings and support owner/contractor/architect/engineer sessions.
Contribute to change requests and design issue resolutions.
Monitor field/work progress for compliance with standards and codes.
Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
Support early billing tracking and closure.
