Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within data centers.

You will assist with change requests, planning, scheduling, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight to keep projects on track and within budget. You will help prepare reports, resolve project issues, and coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion that meets

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct project management experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
