You will assist Sr. PM with planning, scheduling, change requests, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and a proactive approach to budgeting, reporting and issue resolution to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of direct construction/project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with billing and collections processes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports.
