Job summary

Workforce Recruiter seeks a Junior Project Manager to support a portfolio of large-scale construction projects, including data centers and heavy industrial sectors. You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors and clients to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of experience/education.
• Good reading of drawings and specifications; familiarity with estimating tools.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings as requested.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist in early completion and tracking of billing.
