Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects in data centers and related sectors. You will assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, documenting activity, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Overtime eligible with per diem, most work onsite at client sites.

Qualifications

2–5 years of direct experience in project management.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
Bachelor’s degree in PM/Construction/Engineering or related field.
Experience reading drawings and specifications.
Familiar with computer-based estimating.
Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
Maintain project documentation.
Track project expenses and prepare reports.
Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
Attend and participate in project meetings as requested.
