Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a remote travel role supporting a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in data centers. You will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, cost tracking and coordination with subcontractors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of direct experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills to help keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Able to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project coordination meetings.
• Support change requests to resolve design issues and approvals.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist in early billing completion and tracking.
