Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects, including data center markets and other heavy industrial sectors. The role involves coordinating change requests, planning and scheduling, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of direct project management experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to communication, organization and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation
• Track project expenses and budget; prepare reports
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Attend ownership/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes
• Assist in early completion and tracking of billing
