SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market. The role involves assisting with change requests, planning and scheduling, tracking progress and budget, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

You will help prepare reports, maintain documentation, and participate in meetings with owners, contractors, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in coordination and meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer as requested.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts and interferences.
• Monitor field or contract work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Assist with submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist in early completion and tracking of billing.
