Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Junior Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in data centers, with travel and onsite client work. You will help manage scope, scheduling, budgets, and documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The role involves meetings, change requests, reporting, submittals, and early billing. You will work independently and with teams, using your drafting understanding and billing

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of direct experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer.
• Research change requests to resolve design issues.
• Suggest solutions to design document problems.
• Monitor field/contract work for compliance.
• Assist submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist in early billing and tracking.
