Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage client relationships across technical, business, and product levels, helping customers achieve their goals in a remote-first environment.

You will grow key stakeholder relationships, spot opportunities and risks, run trainings and webinars, introduce new features, and gather client feedback while coordinating with Sales, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager.
• Ideally in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Basic understanding of KYC is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel; strong analytical and proactive skills.
