Job summary

RevenueCat is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of managed customers, understand their app, audience, pricing, and growth goals, and map a path to tangible value from RevenueCat.

You'll drive adoption, unlock monetization opportunities, and coordinate with technical partners and growth specialists to help customers scale and succeed in a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success or related field.
• Experience managing strategic or high‑value customer relationships.
• App monetization, pricing, retention, or lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of each customer in your portfolio and develop clear account strategies.
• Identify how RevenueCat can help customers grow and improve monetization.
• Drive product adoption and measure impact on customer outcomes.
• Run effective business reviews with customers and cross‑functional partners.
• Coordinate with technical partners, sales, and growth specialists to enable success.
