Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the finance team. You will handle day-to-day transactional accounting, including AP in Bill.com, Ramp card coding, Expensify expense processing, and assisting with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 0–2 years of bookkeeping, AP or AR experience; multi-entity experience a plus.
• Proficient Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots) and reporting.
• Familiarity with Bill.com, Ramp, Expensify; FloQast/Sage Intacct experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations with efficient processes.
• Monitor bank balances across entities and flag anomalies.
• Process AP in Bill.com and code card transactions in Ramp.
• Process Expensify expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage payment disputes across Stripe and Fiserv and respond timely.
