Joinparadigm is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to enhance our finance team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing payables and reconciling bank activity. You will closely work with the Senior Accountant and report to the Controller, ensuring timely financial records across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 0-2 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. This position offers 100% remote working flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable.
• Strong Excel skills including report creation and financial functions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support management of accounting and finance processes.
• Monitor bank balances and flag unusual activity.
• Process accounts payable in Bill.com and code transactions.
