Job summary

RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group, seeks an Account Manager to expand presence in Lombardy. You will manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs and OTAs while collaborating with the sales team to uncover opportunities. This role requires regular travel and data-driven decisions to improve performance.

You will train partners, promote the brand at events, resolve incidents, and ensure accurate payments processing. Remote work is available within Lombardy region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in full sales life cycle with B2B focus.
• Experience in travel, IT, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
• Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners (TTOs, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs).
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Provide system training to partners and follow up on needs.
• Position the brand through product presentations and events.
• Address incidents and ensure partner support.
• Oversee payments processing accuracy.
• Travel 40–50% of time for meetings and industry events.
• Provide market analyses and CRM reporting.
• Develop API deals with partners where possible.
