RateHawk is a fast-growing travel-tech company seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Extra Services ZEN Team. You will resolve client issues, advise on bookings, and communicate with suppliers and clients using CRM systems.

We offer remote work from home, a dynamic team, flexible schedule, and a base salary of 600 EUR gross with up to 150 EUR gross bonus based on KPI. Travel knowledge is a plus, English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (upper intermediate) required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues (modifications, cancellations, extra services).
• Advise clients on bookings and products with expert knowledge.
• Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
• Utilize CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.
