Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success.
Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or iGaming.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of international iGaming clients.
Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communication, meetings and follow-ups.
Translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams.
Present campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
Manage expectations around timelines, scope and results.
Handle client feedback and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, retention and account growth.
Identify opportunities to expand cooperation across services, markets and projects.
Collaborate with Performance Project Managers and specialist teams.
