Fluke Health Solutions is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Sales Representatives with post-sale activities and serve as the primary contact for customer support across assigned accounts. You will drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities while tracking orders and renewals.

In this role you will triage customer issues, coordinate with internal departments for fast resolutions, and communicate empathetically throughout the resolution process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 1+ years of sales or account management experience; healthcare or SaaS preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Accurate CRM and Case Management Records for all customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Drive proactive communication and follow-up with customers and internal teams.
• Support sales processes with quotes, proposals and product literature as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service, identify recurring issues and implement improvements.
