Job summary
Smile Digital Health is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary post-sales liaison for assigned customers, guiding them from contract signing through implementation and beyond.
You will work with Agile Leads, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery, resource alignment, and ongoing customer success while identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in a technical software delivery role such as TAM or customer success with delivery focus.
- Post-secondary education in a technical program, business administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience with resource management, financial oversight, and contract/SOW creation.
- Proven ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary post-sales liaison for assigned customers from contract signing through implementation and beyond.
- Collaborate with Agile Leads and cross-functional teams to enable smooth delivery and align customer expectations.
- Oversee onboarding, integration of products/services, and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project financials within customer engagements.
- Support SOW creation and contract negotiations with sales, legal, and technical stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive upsell within existing accounts.
