Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Jr. Product Manager to help drive product execution in the HR technology space. The role will translate business needs into actionable requirements, maintain the product backlog, and document work to enable delivery.

The engagement runs 6 to 12 months with potential continuation, collaborating with Product and Principal Product Managers for People Tech. W2 benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Product management fundamentals and agile delivery experience.
• Strong written communication skills are required.
• Experience with HR technology platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products and workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
• Convert completed research into BRDs.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Document workflow, process, and agent requirements.
• Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams.
• Support product testing and user acceptance activities.
• Track feedback and enhancement requests.
