Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a high-impact Product Management Expert contractor to design and benchmark AI-driven product workflows. You will craft executive-ready deliverables, from PRDs to roadmaps, that demonstrate senior-level clarity and strategic thinking.

You will apply JTBD and other frameworks to evaluate product decisions, supervise rubrics for quality, and guide cross-functional collaboration with technical and business teams in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Product Management experience, preferably at scale.
• Strong ownership of PRDs, strategy documents, launch materials, roadmaps, and executive briefs.
• Proficiency with JTBD, Opportunity Solution Trees, prioritization frameworks.
• Excellent written English and ability to tailor communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in high-growth or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic product management scenarios covering product specifications, launch reviews, executive updates, strategy decisions, and cross-functional communications.
• Create gold-standard PM deliverables demonstrating senior-level clarity, structure, strategic thinking, and executive readiness.
• Develop and evaluate PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive presentations, strategy briefs, and product documentation.
• Review AI-generated product outputs for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, strategic reasoning, and stakeholder clarity.
• Develop rubrics defining objective quality standards for PM communications and deliverables.
• Distinguish between leadership-level work, strong drafts, and early-stage or incomplete outputs.
• Identify and annotate common PM failure modes (vague objectives, weak prioritization, missing tradeoffs, insufficient customer context, unclear decisions).
• Evaluate whether product recommendations balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and priorities.
• Apply established product frameworks to assess strategy, opportunities, prioritization, and solution design.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to reflect authentic, high-impact PM workflows.
