Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking an HR Product Engineer to design and prototype AI-assisted HR tools, partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Ops, and L&D. You will own end-to-end outcomes from discovery through deployment, embedding AI where valuable and ensuring secure integration with HR systems of record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR technology, HRIS administration, or builder roles owning outcomes.
• Full-stack build ability: front-end to back-end, data integration.
• Experience running discovery with HR stakeholders and defining outcomes.
• AI-assisted development fluency using AI tools and patterns.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong communication to explain tradeoffs to HR leaders and engineers.
• Comfort working within HR constraints, compliance, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Embed with HR stakeholders to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Prototype front-end and back-end HR tools and run POC pilots.
• Integrate prototypes with HRIS/ATS/Dataverse via sanctioned patterns.
• Establish IT-aligned security, data governance, and production readiness.
• Document architecture and data flows for IT support.
• Drive change enablement and tool adoption across HR teams.
