Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Jr. Product Manager to support product execution in HR technology. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage the backlog, and document clearly to enable delivery. This 6–12 month engagement may extend based on funding and collaborates with senior PMs.

The role requires willingness to work on a W2 basis with a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Product management fundamentals required.
• Experience documenting business processes and BRDs beneficial.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
• Convert research into BRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams.
• Support product testing and user acceptance activities.
• Document workflow, process, and agent requirements.
• Track feedback and enhancement requests.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews.
