Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Jr. Product Manager to support product execution in the HR technology domain.

The role translates business needs into actionable requirements, maintains the product backlog, and drives clear documentation to enable delivery. This remote contract position runs 6 to 12 months, with potential continuation based on funding, and collaborates closely with a Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager for People Tech.

Qualifications

• PM fundamentals and HR technology familiarity.
• Experience with HR technology platforms preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
• Convert completed research into BRDs.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Document workflow, process, and agent requirements.
• Coordinate delivery activities between business and engineering teams.
• Support product testing and user acceptance activities.
• Track feedback and enhancement requests.
