Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Jr. Product Manager to support product execution in the HR technology domain.

The role translates business needs into actionable requirements, maintains the product backlog, and drives documentation to enable delivery. The engagement runs 6 to 12 months, with potential continuation based on funding, and collaborates with a Product Manager and a Principal Product Manager for People Tech.

Qualifications

• Product management fundamentals.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with HR Technology platforms preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products and workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine AI use cases.
• Convert research into BRDs and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize feature backlogs and coordinate delivery between business and engineering.
• Support product testing, and track feedback and enhancement requests.
