The ideal candidate will design Jira configurations, integrate with Jira APIs, and support reporting, while maintaining standards across projects and helping drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Jira for multiple project types and business requirements.
• Ability to design and implement Jira workflows, screens, custom fields, schemes, permissions, and notifications.
• Configure Jira to align with project delivery processes and team structures.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document Jira configurations, workflows, and administrative procedures, ensuring governance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Jira projects based on different business requirements.
• Design and configure Jira workflows, issue types, screens, custom fields, schemes, permissions, and notifications.
• Configure Jira for multiple project types and ensure alignment with delivery processes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand Jira requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Provide guidance to Jira users and project teams, supporting enhancements and changes.
