Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Jira Admin experience

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Cloud or Data Center environments and ensure day-to-day reliability
• Configure workflows, automation rules, custom fields, permission schemes, and JQL
• Develop and maintain Jira integrations with external systems via webhooks, REST APIs, and middleware
• Configure and manage email handlers and mail-to-ticket ingestion
• Document configurations, processes, and integrations clearly for knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Jira supports operational needs
