Job summary

Digile is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee complex technical initiatives, streamline internal operations, and build efficient team workflows. You will lead project execution and coordinate cross-functional engineering and IT teams while serving as the primary administrator and SME for Jira and Jira Service Management.

You will design, implement, and optimize Jira/JSM workflows, dashboards, and SLA metrics; drive end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and communicate status

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager handling software/IT initiatives.
• Deep Jira and JSM mastery with proven ability to design and manage Jira Software and Jira Service Management environments.
• Workflow engineering expertise in Jira automation, custom workflow states, and SLA management.
• Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management and milestone delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of technical projects with scoping, task breakdown, timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Jira & JSM Administration: architect, configure, and maintain customized Jira projects, JSM service desks, and custom field sets.
• Design and optimize automated Jira/JSM workflows, transitions, and SLA metrics to streamline delivery.
• Lead Scrum/Kanban ceremonies for engineering and IT teams.
• Translate technical requirements into deliverables, provide status reports, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Build automated Jira/JSM dashboards, JQL filters, and velocity/SLA reports to track progress and bottlenecks.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee technical initiatives, streamline internal operations, and build efficient team workflows. In this role, you will lead project execution, manage cross-functional technical teams, and serve as our primary Administrator and SME for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM).

Key Responsibilities

• Strong project management and End-to-end delivery of technical projects—handling scoping, task breakdown, timeline management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Jira & JSM Administration: Architect, configure, and maintain customized Jira software projects, JSM service desks, issue types, permission schemes, and custom field sets.
• Design, build, and optimize automated Jira/JSM workflows, transitions, approval steps, and SLA metrics to streamline delivery and support operations.
• Lead core Scrum/Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) for engineering and IT teams.
• Translate technical requirements into clear deliverables, provide regular project status reports, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Build automated Jira/JSM dashboards, advanced JQL filters, and velocity/SLA reports to track project progress, operational metrics, and team bottlenecks.

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager handling software/IT initiatives.
• Deep Jira & JSM Mastery: Proven experience designing and managing Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments from the ground up.
• Workflow Engineering: Expert knowledge of Jira automation rules, custom workflow states, transition conditions/validators, post-functions, and SLA management.
• Core Project Management: Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, project planning, capacity tracking, and milestone delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in writing JQL (Jira Query Language) queries to build custom filters, tracking gadgets, and executive dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of bridging the gap between technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
