Inktel Orlando is seeking Jewelry Support Specialists to handle customer inquiries from home, using phone, email and chat channels. Independent contractors must establish a quiet workspace and meet system requirements.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service, product promotion, and issue resolution with weekend availability and optional Spanish/French language skills. Training will be provided, and workers use client platforms.

Formación

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality or call center).
• Ability to work from home with a designated workspace free from distractions.
• Available to work one weekend day and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus; English fluency required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat across multiple platforms.
• Provide proactive, professional communication and promote products.
• De-escalate upset customers and explore options to satisfy needs.
• Identify root causes by asking probing questions to determine best solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
