Job summary

Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking remote Independent Contractors to support Dallas College customers from home. You will handle calls, email and chat, with training provided and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, are bilingual in Spanish or French a plus, and must be able to work weekends and holidays with availability 8:00 AM–11:00 PM ET on weekdays and 11:00 AM–6:00 PM ET on weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience of at least 1 year is essential.
• Ability to work from home with a quiet designated workspace.
• Weekend and holiday availability required, with flexible daily hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming contacts from customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide information, promote products and meet customer expectations.
• De-escalate upset customers and explore options to resolve issues.
• Identify root causes by asking questions to determine best solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
