Job summary

Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking work-from-home independent contractors to provide excellent customer service. This is a virtual customer support opportunity with weekly pay. Each CSR will work from home using their own computer equipment that meets our technical requirements.

Training and production pay are $18.00 per hour. Training begins December 17, 2024 with a two-day schedule. After training, shifts run Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills with clear diction and grammar.
• Ability to explain complex processes over the phone and multitask while using applications.
• Proven attendance and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls as a contracted virtual CSR from home.
• Use CRM to research inquiries, document interactions, and issue replacements.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with management on new products, services, and policies.
• Create a designated quiet workspace for work from home.
