A quiet, designated workspace is required to ensure focused service delivery. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, be able to explain steps clearly, and show a history of customer service and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls via phone, email, and text.
