Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years in technical work in software or security, or 12 years with a high school diploma.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across one or more Agile pods delivering customer-facing digital banking capabilities.
• Drive engineering excellence and promote modern software development practices.
• Translate architectural direction into actionable delivery plans and strategies.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction without direct management.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver business value.
